We are led by Ted Canova, an Edward R. Murrow Award-winning journalist and former multi-platform News Director.
Ted began his journey as a college reporter at Emerson College. He seamlessly navigated between on-air and behind-the-scenes roles in journalism, serving as a news producer at WCVB-TV, a sports producer at WBZ-TV, and a news reporter in New Hampshire and Maine.
Ted's career trajectory led him to news management, where he helmed television news departments in Providence and Minneapolis for nearly 15 years. Returning to Boston, he assumed the role of News Director for WGBH-TV and Radio.
Drawing from decades of experience in storytelling, production, and content strategy, Ted founded his multi-platform production company, Canova Communications, to serve Greater Boston clients. Collaborating with a team of award-winning producers, videographers, and editors, they stand ready as your trusted partners through every phase of your project.
